Flutehome accepts orders from customers located outside of Hong Kong. We have partnered with trusted delivery companies, UPS and DHL, to ensure reliable and efficient shipping services.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to A.P.O. Boxes (USA), P.O. Boxes, and hotels. For a smooth delivery process, it is essential that the provided delivery address is a residential address or the chosen address of the customer or any other natural person. Kindly ensure to include a telephone number for easier communication.
To determine the delivery cost, please proceed to the "Cart" section and click on "Checkout" after selecting your desired products. On the order page, you will be able to choose your delivery region, and the delivery cost will be automatically calculated and added to your total amount.
The delivery cost is based on the weight and volume of the products and varies depending on the destination.
Please be aware that there may be a value-added tax (VAT) applicable in your country that you are responsible for.
Once we receive your order, we strive to dispatch the goods to your specified delivery address within approximately 7 working days. However, please note that customs inspections in some countries may cause delays in the arrival time.
