Return Policy

Customers have the right to cancel their purchase within seven (7) days from receiving the ordered products, without providing any reasons.

 

To initiate a return, the product(s) must be in their original condition, including packaging, labels, and accompanied by a copy of the order documents (purchase invoice). Please send returns to the following address: Unit 1402, Chung Wo Comm. Center, 42-46 Shanghai Street, Jordan, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

 

The return shipping fee is free for non-compliant orders only. In other cases, the customer is responsible for the return charges. We recommend using a tracked shipping method with signed delivery or insurance, as Flutehome is not liable for lost or misplaced returns.

 

To exercise the right of cancellation, customers should email info@flute-home.com.

 

Returned items must be new, unworn, and in their original box, in perfect condition. Flutehome will inspect the returned goods upon receipt. Returns will not be accepted if the items show visible signs of use or damage that makes them unsuitable for resale.

 

If a return is refused by Flutehome due to the reasons mentioned above, the product(s) will be returned to the customer at their expense, with no compensation or right to reimbursement, except for subsequent warranty claims on the products.

 

Refunds for accepted returns will be processed within fifteen (15) working days after receiving and verifying the returned parcel. The refund will be issued to the original credit card used for payment. Please note that delivery costs paid by the customer will not be refunded.

 

Most products on the site can be returned unless otherwise stated. However, items marked as sold or given on Flutehome are considered final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned.
